Robotics and Automation (RAA) is being like a repertoire in almost all of industrial applications. This article aims at competitive analysis, formulation, management, and execution of winning strategies for above average business growth with focus on Indian RAA companies. The entire task revolves around using three proven and standard management frameworks namely Competitor Analysis, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Growth Share Matrix, and Technology Portfolio Matrix. The competitive analysis was reinforced by using the linkage of these frameworks with the formulation of the winning strategies.Downloads
