There has been a significant rise in the Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) in the Indian Banking Industry over the last few years. However, the situation has improved recently. In this article the author recounts the various factors attributed for decline in GNPA and various measures taken by the government and regulators to control the situation.Downloads
