Abstract

The study lays out various areas where special emphasis must be given, namely, policy restructuring, infrastructure development, Government intervention, market expansion and adjustment speed. Recently India crowned as World's 3rd largest economy by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The Foreign investors have an important role in economic development. This is because foreign investors have opened a new dimension by creating new industries in developing countries.
