For any organisation, the need to become resilient has been amply demonstrated by many disruptive events of the past few years. Accurately measuring the level of resilience calls for an objective assessment framework which in turn necessitates a set of appropriate metrics. The article attempts to identify keymetrics and standards for evaluating the state of resilience of an organisation and discusses the critical need and significance of its disclosure to various stakeholders towards value creation and value preservation.
