Abstract

This article tries to capture the essence behind SEBI’s new reform on BRSR Core (Business Responsibly and Sustainability Core) which has been introduced by SEBI in July 2023 and which be based on major parameters, and will provide to be a Framework for assurance and ESG disclosures for value chain.
