The Relevance of HR Audit for Ensuring Employee Productivity

Human resource (HR) audit is an important tool that helps organizations to evaluate and improve their HR policies, practices, and procedures. In today’s world, where organizations face many challenges related to talent management, workforce planning and employee engagement, HR audit has become increasingly relevant. This article examines the relevance of HR audits in today’s world for ensuring employee productivity. It reviews the literature on HR audits and benefits and also explores the relationship between HR audit and employee productivity and presents findings from a survey conducted to examine the views of HR professionals on the subject. The results indicate that HR audit can have a positive impact on employee productivity by identifying areas for improvement, enhancing compliance with laws and regulations and aligning HR practices with organizational goals. The article concludes with implications for practice and future research.Downloads
