Digital marketing plays pivotal role in the digital era in global context. The fundamental purpose of digital marketing is to permit the buyers to coalesce with the products by virtue of digital media. Digital marketing accelerates public relation, information management, sales and customer services. In the above context this study establishes the power of digital marketing by taking consideration of consumers’ preferences and satisfaction. The examined sample consists of hundred respondents, which have been randomly selected to evaluate the level of satisfaction of consumers towards digital marketing. The collected data has been analysed with the help of selected statistical tools and techniques.Downloads
