Performance of Controlling (CO) Module of ERP System

Abstract

ERP can provide online timely information to the management to know the exact status of the business at a click and enable it to take timely business decisions. It further makes it possible to monitor performance and identify emerging opportunities faster and more accurately.The present study makes an attempt to know improvement in various performances (financial and non-financial) of organization due to implementation of controlling module as a part of ERP system in select manufacturing firms in India.
