Abstract

The study found that the corporations that implement all the provisions of corporate governance have performed in terms of profits and employment generation. Corporate Governance refers to an economic, legal and institutional environment that allows companies to diversify, grow, restructure, exist and do everything necessary to maximize long-term shareholder value. Corporate Governance is the key to enhance the long-term value of the company for the benefits of shareholders and other stakeholders. The pillars on which the structure of corporate governance stands are Fairness and Accountability.
