Abstract

It is important to track the actual costs incurred, ensure that they are correctly booked to capex or opex and explain any deviations and also adjust the spending with respect to the original budget, based on costs incurred so far and projected costs to complete the remaining job. The scenario has radically changed with the advances in telecom, computer science and information Technology.
