Abstract

Banks, caught between mounting competition and the increasing expectations of customers, can survive and grow only if the work force is highly motivated and tuned to improving productivity. IN banks, it is only the quickness of quality service that distinguishes one from the other, as the competition heats up. in place of customers coming to bank branches, it is now the banking that travels globally in a fraction of second, offering universal banking service to the doorstep of customers.
