Entrepreneurial Characteristics as Determinant of Business Performance of Micro and Small Entrepreneur in the District of Darjeeling

We found entrepreneurial characteristics are one of the major factors, which determines also determines the performance of the business. This study is based on micro and small entrepreneur in the district of Darjeeling. The data are collected from DIC Siliguri, directory of local business association and business association. Respondent is interviewed though the questionnaire method. The data are analyzed and verified by Factor Analysis of Statistical applications. In conclusion, we tried to find out which characteristics directly influence an entrepreneur.Downloads
