Abstract

Economic growth will create a sizeable number of jobs most of which will be skill based. Only 2-4 % of the Indian workforce has received some form of skill training. The gap is to fill the requirement by partnering with institutes of repute. SKILL is an art. It is not only a key resource for driving business but also an individual quality combination of which will help an organization, society at large to have competitive advantage over others. The developed economy like India will emerge with 8% growth as already predicted by World Bank.
