Abstract

It is imperative for every organization to change its age old mind set and need to recognize the trend towards individualization of employee's need and HR has to review and segregate such population for tailor made policies and overall employment proposition to maximize engagement. Our nation is on its way towards globalization and its impact towards our socio-economical life is enormous. Therefore, HR has to play the role of a change agent by proactively predict such changes much before its actual occurrence and initiate steps to convert those challenges into fresh opportunities for our capable work force.
