Although 'due diligence' is carried out by the acquirers to find potential black holes, the aim of due diligence is not just this, but practically much more. This article aims at highlighting the role of 'Cost and Management Accountants' by offering end to end solution in the area of M&As, both during 'due diligence' and during post integration implementation, to achieve higher levels of success in M&As, as several failures in M&As are the growing cause of concern now!Downloads
