Customer expectations are moving in the direction of increased value addition and cost consciousness and an effective Supply Chain Management (SCM) can support the organization in meeting these expectations. In order to expedite the process of SCM, Computer and Information Technology plays a key role. This is particularly in case of international business transactions.
