The world, as it appears, learns to live in a Schumpeterian world of creative destruction where competitiveness through leadership is the mantra for survival. Therefore, the concept of competitiveness and effective leadership has gained importance. Unless practicing managers leading a firm understand this reality and adopt a competitive strategy for turnaround, his firm will simply be eliminated from the market.Downloads
