Abstract

Public-Private Partnership (PPP) is emerging as the new success corridor to build world class infrastructure. After the economic reforms, Government encouragement for private participation to the development of public infrastructure also has increased through various policy initiatives. Road transport sector has been considered as a key sector in the Indian Transport Sector.
