“Good leaders manage team’s output well, but great ones connect output to desired outcome. ‘Output’gives a close-up view that helps leaders observes individual pixels or components in details whereas ‘Outcome’ helps envisage the bigger picture, the zoomed-out view of all elements that make up the whole. Thus, focusing on outcome creates greater impact on one’s organization, customers and mission.â€Downloads
