In this ever changing economic environment, corporations are more often than not becoming prey to such crises as resource constraint, lack of transparency, information asymmetry, governance gap, laxity in risk management, liquidity pressure, financial impropriety, corrupt business practices, commercial frauds etc. thereby affecting business functionality and leading to failure. It would be fair and proper that the internal auditors changed pattern to further strengthen entities’ internal control system at least to facilitate raising early warning signals whenever something goes wrong and safeguarding business continuity.Downloads
