The study related to motivate the employees at work place with motivational benefits and the practices by employee retention. The present study is both descriptive and exploratory in nature. The exploratory research data sources include previous records, websites, books, magazines, journals, articles. The primary data collected through direct interviews questionnaire with respondents. Ultimately most of the beneficiaries are in contented with the existing structure and strategies that prevail in the select sector are worth-proved.Downloads
