The main objective of this research is to investigate how free trade driven globalization helps or disrupts the corporate bodies in the developing countries. The initial assumption made was that free trade driven globalization is an outright destruction of the corporate bodies of the developing countries which are in developing phase. This hypothesis then lead to embarking of this research to find out whether the corporate bodies of developing countries are benefited or not; to locate the impact of free trade driven globalization in Southern African Development Community (SADC) and finally pin pointing the effect of free trade driven globalization on Botswana.Downloads
